What will a novated lease cost my business?
Offering novated leases to your employees won’t cost your business anything. There are no ongoing or management fees. The employees are responsible for the lease amount.
Is a novated lease complicated to set up and manage my business?

Terms and conditions
- Eligibility and Offer
1.1 This promotion is available to individuals who:
(a) submit a valid lead through the designated Employment Hero partner landing page made available by Flare. A valid lead is defined as per 1.1 (b) and 1.2 sections below;
(c) order a new or used vehicle under a novated lease arranged by Flare; and
(d) are employed by an organisation that utilises Employment Hero as its HR platform at the time the vehicle is ordered under the novated lease.
1.2 Eligible novated leases must be for new or used passenger vehicles only. Fleet vehicles, refinancing of existing leases, extensions, or lease transfers are not eligible unless otherwise approved by Flare in writing.
1.3 Subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions, eligible participants will receive one (1) Gift Card valued at AUD $250 per vehicle ordered. - Promotion Requirements and Timing
2.1 To qualify for this promotion, participants must:
(a) submit a lead via one of the official Employment Hero partner landing pages designated for employees or employers; and
(b) have ordered a new or used vehicle under a novated lease arranged through Flare on or before 30 June 2026.
2.2 To be eligible, the vehicle must be ordered under a novated lease through Flare on or before 30 June 2026, and the novated lease must be fully approved in connection with that order.
2.3 Gift Cards will be delivered to eligible participants via email and issued by Prezzee (or such other gift card provider as Flare may determine from time to time) within six (6) weeks after the promotion end date, being 30 June 2026, provided all eligibility criteria have been satisfied.
2.4 Only one (1) Gift Card will be issued per eligible novated lease and per individual participant.
2.5 This promotion may not be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated by Flare.
2.6 Flare reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or refuse the Gift Card where it reasonably determines that the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria or has breached these Terms & Conditions. - Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Gift Card means a digital gift card with a face value of AUD $250 issued in accordance with this promotion.
