Refer a friend

Some things are just too good to keep to yourself.

1. How it works:

If you already have a novated lease through Flare and you refer a friend, co-worker, neighbour, distant cousin or random stranger, you might score matching $300 gift cards.

Here’s how it works:

• You tell someone who doesn’t already have a novated lease with Flare about your great experience. ® Pass on their details by filling out our online referral form. Or ask them to share your name and contact info when they speak to a Flare Leasing Consultant and make it clear that you referred them.
• If they apply for a novated lease through Flare, you both stand to win. Once they sign the novated lease and settlement occurs, we will send each of you a $300 gift card.

Our Refer a friend program runs from 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026. The clock’s ticking. Don’t miss your chance to earn rewards!

2. Who’s eligible to participate?

• You must have an active novated lease through Flare at the time you refer someone.
• They must:
  • be a resident of Australia who is at least 18 years old; and
  • work for an employer that offers novated leasing and countersigns the novated lease.
• Employees of Flare and their immediate families are not eligible to receive Gift Cards

3. Conditions and Limitations

• Trying to game the system? Don’t. Any fraud or misuse of the program means you’ll be disqualified. For example, you can’t refer yourself.
• Timing matters – only the first eligible referral submitted, and received by Flare, for a person will qualify. Others, unfortunately, will miss out.
• We need to have your referral on file before a vehicle order is submitted. No backdating allowed.
• You can refer as many people as you like, but rewards are capped. You’re only eligible to receive 12 Gift Cards in any calendar year.
• Gift Cards will be sent by email within 60 days after the requirements in section 1 and 2 are satisfied. No Gift Card will be issued if the novated lease is cancelled before settlement occurs.
• Gift Cards are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
• Use or redemption of a Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the Gift Card issuer.
• Taxes payable as a consequence of accepting a Gift Card aren’t our responsibility.
• We may receive a commission if a person enters into a novated lease through Flare.
• Play fair. Don’t breach any laws or do anything else that could land us in hot water.
• Don’t share someone’s personal information with us unless you’ve got their consent.

4. Fine print

• The Refer a friend program is governed by the laws in force in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
• We may change or discontinue the Refer a friend program at any time – but don’t worry, if we accepted your referral before that happens and you meet the original eligibility criteria dated September 2025, you’ll still receive a Gift Card.
• We may collect and use personal information, and share it with third party providers to help us run the Refer a friend program, and deliver our products and services. Check out our Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection Notice to find out more about how we handle personal information.

5. Definitions

• Gift Card means a digital gift card with a face value of AUD $300.
• We, us, our or Flare means collectively:
  • Flare HR Pty Ltd (ABN 46 607 120 892) of Level 2, 309 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000;
  • Spark Leasing Pty Ltd (ABN 65 647 814 659) of Level 2, 309 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000; and
  • MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121.
