Privacy Collection Notice Flare collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information about you, including your name, contact details, date of birth, employment and financial details to process your enquiries, provide our products and services, and improve our service outcomes.

When necessary, we will also collect sensitive information such as health information to help identify you.

The information we collect may come from you directly (such as through applications, forms, website/app usage, employer onboarding, or when you participate in our events or promotions), or from third parties (including your employer or business partners) when relevant to the services we provide.

If you do not provide the requested personal information, we may be unable to deliver our services, manage your account, respond to your requests or offer products suitable to you. Some services cannot be provided without us first confirming your identity.
