Our Sydney office is a short walk away from Wynyard Station, so we’re right in the thick of the city. Perfect location for a waterfront run on your lunch break or for drinks after work!
Our Melbourne office is in Richmond and overlooks the Yarra River and city skyline. The office comes with a gym, pool table, barista coffee machine, 2 outdoor terraces and a mindfulness room.

Our recruitment process is designed with you front of mind. We not only get to know you, your skills, experience, and motivation, but you can also get to know us. We believe that the right hire is someone who can add to our culture, rather than someone who fits in and conforms to the status quo.
Stage 1 Meet the Talent Team

You’ll learn more about the role, life at Flare and the team you’ll be joining.  We’ll get to know you, your motivations for joining and assess your skills for the opportunity.

Meet with the Hiring Manager in a video interview to discuss your skills and experience so that we can learn more about you. We’ll also discuss why you’re interested in joining us and how you can add to our culture.

For some roles, there may be an assessment to explore your technical capability and potential. This could be a take-home case study or in-interview code pairing activity. It’s just as much an opportunity for you to learn how we work and to meet more of your team.

This is an opportunity for all to revisit what we’ve learnt about each other during the process.  You could be meeting with your hiring manager, a peer, a key stakeholder, or a member of our Senior Leadership Team.

In 2022 MYOB acquired Flare HR (Flare) and this business now sits within the MYOB Financial Services & Benefits Line of Business (FS&B LoB). Flare continues to operate under the Flare brand and facilitates the digital onboarding of one in three Australian new employees. As well as saving employers over one million hours in administrative work per year by digitising the input of payroll data into MYOB and other workplace platforms, Flare is the most effective mechanism in the market to help employees retain their current superfund and eliminate unintended duplicate accounts.
